Free before you pay.

Your Vastu score, grade, and full list of findings are free. You see exactly what the paid unlock adds (remedies, documented basis, action plan, PDF) before paying.

Digital goods, instant delivery.

A paid unlock is delivered instantly on-screen and by email. Because the complete product is delivered at the moment of purchase, unlocked reports are non-refundable — with one exception: if your report is materially wrong due to an error on our side (for example, our analysis misread facts you had correctly confirmed), we will correct it or refund it in full. Write to support@vastuverdict.com with your report link; acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days.

Failed or duplicate payments.

If money was debited but your report did not unlock within 30 minutes, or you were charged twice, email support@vastuverdict.com with the payment reference — we will verify and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Wrong report purchased.

If you unlocked one report but intended another (same email, within 48 hours), write to us — we will transfer the unlock instead of refunding.
