VastuVerdict Consultant Terms

These terms apply to the Consultant plan, in addition to the general Terms of Service.

1. Resale license.

While your subscription is active, you may generate reports and deliver them to your own clients under your branding. This is the written resale agreement referred to in Terms of Service §6.

2. You are the professional of record.

You are responsible for the advice you give your clients. Reports are analytical inputs to YOUR professional judgment.

3. Disclaimers stay.

You must not remove, obscure, or contradict the disclaimer included in every report and PDF.

4. Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VastuVerdict and its proprietor against claims by your clients arising from your use or resale of reports.

5. Trial.

Trial reports are watermarked and are not for resale.

6. Termination.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; you may cancel anytime (access runs to the end of the billing period).
